Return of goods
To return items to us, you have to contact us at an email at support@merchberry.no with some information about why you wishes the return of the product. We will find a solution and send you a return label with DHL. Then you can deliver the pacage to a DHL pick-up-point close to you.
NB! The shipment must also be marked with your order number (# MB10005 for example). This is stated on the order confirmation.
Price for return is: € 15 EUR.
All orders have a two-week open purchase. We automatically refund all returns. If you want a new product or another size, you must place a new order in the online store. Refunds usually take between 3-10 business days.
The shipping amount will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.

Send us an email at support@merchberry.no with a clearly picture of the error. Then we will find a solution!
EXCHANGE GOODS
Unfortunately, we do not get exchanged for goods that are more expensive / cheaper. In case you will be refunded for the return you send us, a new order must also be placed for the desired item.
If you want to change the item to a new size, you can return the item to us within 14 days of receiving it - we will refund you for the item, and you must place a new separate order on the online store.
