Return of goods

To return items to us, you have to contact us at an email at with some information about why you wishes the return of the product. We will find a solution and send you a return label with DHL. Then you can deliver the pacage to a DHL pick-up-point close to you. 

NB! The shipment must also be marked with your order number (# MB10005 for example). This is stated on the order confirmation.

Price for return is: € 15 EUR.

All orders have a two-week open purchase. We automatically refund all returns. If you want a new product or another size, you must place a new order in the online store. Refunds usually take between 3-10 business days.

The shipping amount will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.

Unfortunately, we do not get exchanged for goods that are more expensive / cheaper. In case you will be refunded for the return you send us, a new order must also be placed for the desired item.

If you want to change the item to a new size, you can return the item to us within 14 days of receiving it - we will refund you for the item, and you must place a new separate order on the online store.
